Verse 1
नित्यं गुरौ मनः कृत्वा जपेन्मन्त्रं समाहितः । ततो भवति सिद्धिर्हि गुरोः प्रसादलालितः ॥१२१॥
nityaṃ gurau manaḥ kṛtvā japen mantraṃ samāhitaḥ; tato bhavati siddir hi guroḥ prasāda‑lālitaḥ ..121..
“Fixing the mind always on the Guru, one should chant the mantra with concentration; then success arises, nurtured by the Guru’s grace.”
Verse 2
अल्पीयसी गतिः पुंसां न गुरोः सेवया विना । गुरोः सेवा परा देवि सर्वदानाधिकप्रदा ॥१२२॥
alpīyasī gatiḥ puṃsāṃ na guroḥ sevayā vinā; guroḥ sevā parā devi sarva‑dānādhika‑pradā ..122..
“There is no lesser (safer) path for people than service to the Guru; Guru‑service, O Devi, grants more than all gifts.”
Verse 3
गुरुकीर्तिर्यशो लोके स्थास्यति स्वर्णभूषितम् । यः करोति गुरोः सेवा स धन्यः पुरुषोत्तमः ॥१२३॥
guru‑kīrtir yaśo loke sthāsyati svarṇa‑bhūṣitam; yaḥ karoti guroḥ sevā sa dhanyaḥ puruṣottamaḥ ..123..
“The Guru’s fame and glory remain in the world, adorned like gold; blessed is the noble person who renders service to the Guru.”

गुरुमुख्यानि वाक्यानि धरेत् सन्न्यस्तमानसः । तन्निदेशं समाचर्च्य साधयेन्मोक्षमिच्छया ॥१२४॥
guru‑mukhyāni vākyāni dharet sannyasta‑mānasaḥ; tan‑nideśaṃ samācarcya sādhayen mokṣa‑micchayā ..124..
“Bearing the Guru’s prime teachings with a surrendered mind, carrying out his instruction, one should accomplish liberation out of longing for it.”

गुरोः पादपद्मसेवा सर्वतीर्थफलप्रदा । तस्माद् देवि सदाऽभ्यस्य गुरोः सेवा मनोहरम् ॥१२५॥
guroḥ pāda‑padma‑sevā sarva‑tīrtha‑phala‑pradā; tasmād devi sadā’bhyasya guroḥ sevā manoharam ..125..
“Service to the lotus‑feet of the Guru grants the fruits of all pilgrimages; therefore, O Devi, continually practice the delightful service of the Guru.”

गुरवः शरणं नित्यं दुःखदावानलेर्तितम् । यत्र शीतलता नित्यं तस्मिन् गुरुपदाम्बुजे ॥१२६॥
guravaḥ śaraṇaṃ nityaṃ duḥkha‑dāvānalerditam; yatra śītalatā nityaṃ tasmin guru‑padāmbuje ..126..
“The Gurus are ever a refuge from the forest‑fire of sorrow; there is perpetual coolness in the lotus of the Guru’s feet.”

गुरोर्यः सङ्कटे भक्त्या तिष्ठति स्थिरनिश्चयः । तमुद्धरेद् दयालुश्च गुह्यं तत्त्वं निवेदयेत् ॥१२७॥
guror yaḥ saṅkaṭe bhaktyā tiṣṭhati sthira‑niścayaḥ; tam uddhared dayāluś ca guhyaṃ tattvaṃ nivedayet ..127..
“He who stands by the Guru in crisis with firm devotion—the compassionate (Guru) lifts him up and reveals the secret Reality.”
Verse 8
गुरोः प्रसादमात्रेण निर्वृत्तिः स्यादशेषतः । अविद्याया विनाशश्च तदा निःशेष एव हि ॥१२८॥
guroḥ prasāda‑mātreṇa nirvṛttiḥ syād aśeṣataḥ; avidyāyā vināśaś ca tadā niḥśeṣa eva hi ..128..
“By the Guru’s mere grace, complete contentment arises, and ignorance is then utterly destroyed.”
Verse 9
गुरोरन्तिकसम्प्राप्तौ शान्तिः प्रज्ञा च वर्धते । भक्तिर्भवति नित्यैव मोक्षमार्गविवर्धिनी ॥१२९॥

“On coming near the Guru, peace and wisdom grow; devotion becomes steady, enlarging the path to liberation.”

गुरोर्यः सततं भक्तः साक्षादेवो हि मर्त्यधा । तं नमामि सदाऽद्वैतं यो ददाति परां गतिम् ॥१३०॥
guror yaḥ satataṃ bhaktaḥ sākṣād devo hi martyadhā; taṃ namāmi sadā’dvaitaṃ yo dadāti parāṃ gatim ..130..
“He who is ever devoted to the Guru is verily divine though in human form; I ever bow to the non‑dual one who grants the supreme state.”

गुरवे सर्वभूतेषु भावयेद् भक्तिमात्मजः । ततो भवति सिद्धिर्हि सर्वकर्मसु निश्चयम् ॥१३१॥
gurave sarva‑bhūteṣu bhāvayed bhaktim ātmajaḥ; tato bhavati siddir hi sarva‑karmasu niścayam ..131..
“One should cultivate devotion to the Guru in all beings; then success is assured in all undertakings.”

गुरोः स्मरणमात्रेण ह्यन्तरायो निवर्तते । गुरोः पादाम्बुजे नित्यं यः पिबेद् स कृतार्थकृत् ॥१३२॥
guroḥ smaraṇa‑mātreṇa hy antarāyo nivartate; guroḥ pādāmbuje nityaṃ yaḥ pibed sa kṛtārtha‑kṛt ..132..
“By mere remembrance of the Guru obstacles fall away; he who daily ‘drinks’ at the lotus of the Guru’s feet becomes fulfilled.”
Verse 13
गुरुगीता परा विद्या परानन्दप्रदायिनी । यां पठन्ति नराः श्रद्धा ते लभन्ते दृढां मतिम् ॥१३३॥
guru‑gītā parā vidyā parānanda‑pradāyinī; yāṃ paṭhanti narāḥ śraddhā te labhante dṛḍhāṃ matim ..133..
“The Guru Gītā is supreme knowledge, giver of highest bliss; those who read it with faith gain firm understanding.”
Verse 14
गुरोरुपदेशवेलायां यः स्यात् तत्र समाहितः । तस्मै ददाति तत्त्वं साक्षान्मुक्तिं च दुलर्भाम् ॥१३४॥
guror upadeśa‑velāyāṃ yaḥ syāt tatra samāhitaḥ; tasmai dadāti tattvaṃ sākṣān muktiṃ ca durlabhām ..134..
“He who is concentrated at the time of the Guru’s instruction—unto him the Guru gives Reality itself and the rare liberation.”

नित्यं गुरौ प्रतिष्ठाय तिष्ठेद्देहावसानकः । ततः परं पदं याति न पुनर्जन्म विद्यते ॥१३५॥
nityaṃ gurau pratiṣṭhāya tiṣṭhed dehāvasānakaḥ; tataḥ paraṃ padaṃ yāti na punar‑janma vidyate ..135..
“Established ever in the Guru, one should remain so till body’s end; thereafter one attains the highest state and has no rebirth.”
Verse 16
गुरुना पातितो यो वै दुःखसिन्धौ निमज्जति । स एवोत्कर्षयेदेनं गुरुः शान्तिप्रदायकः ॥१३६॥
gurunā pātito yo vai duḥkha‑sindhau nimajjati; sa evotkarṣayed enaṃ guruḥ śānti‑pradāyakaḥ ..136..
“Even if one falls and sinks in the ocean of grief, it is the Guru who raises him up, the giver of peace.”
Verse 17
गुरोः कृपाभिषिक्तो यो नरो भवति सन्नतः । तस्य लोके तथा लोकेऽपि सर्वं सिद्ध्यति भूरिशः ॥१३७॥
guroḥ kṛpā‑bhiṣikto yo naro bhavati sannataḥ; tasya loke tathā loke’pi sarvaṃ sidhyati bhūriśaḥ ..137..
“A man anointed by the Guru’s grace and humble— for him, in this world and the next, everything succeeds abundantly.”
Verse 18
गुरोः कृते कृतं सर्वं गुरोरर्थं समाचरेत् । गुरौ समर्प्य सर्वस्वं लभते परमां गतिम् ॥१३८॥
guroḥ kṛte kṛtaṃ sarvaṃ guror arthaṃ samācaret; gurau samarapya sarvasvaṃ labhate paramāṃ gatim ..138..
“Do all acts for the Guru’s sake; offering all to the Guru, one attains the supreme state.”
Verse 19
गुरुः पूर्णतमो देवो गुरुः पूर्णतमं पदम् । गुरोः पूर्णतया देव्याः पूर्णं विश्वं प्रपश्यति ॥१३९॥
guruḥ pūrṇatamo devo guruḥ pūrṇatamaṃ padam; guroḥ pūrṇatayā devyāḥ pūrṇaṃ viśvaṃ prapaśyati ..139..
“The Guru is the fullest deity and the fullest state; by the Guru’s fullness, O Devi, one beholds the universe as full.”

गुरोः स्थितिं समासाद्य नित्यं तिष्ठेत् स्वधर्मतः । ततः प्रसन्नचित्तोऽसौ परब्रह्माधिगच्छति ॥१४०॥
