tvaṃ viśvabhūrbhūtapatiḥ purāṇaḥ parjanya eko bhuvanasya goptā || 1 ||

ajātamagne sa hiraṇyaretā yajñastvamevaikavibhuḥ purāṇaḥ || 2 ||

Verse 3

tvaṃ viśvabhūryonipāraḥ svagarbhe kumāra eko viśikhaḥ sudhanvā || 3 ||

You are the universal essence, the source of all beings, the singular arrow of the divine, the one who holds the nectar.

Verse 4

bhāsā tvayā vyogni kṛtaḥ sutārkṣyastvaṁ vai kumārastvamariṣṭanemiḥ || 4 ||

AI Translation

By your light, O fire, you are indeed the son of the sun; you are the eternal youth, the one who is free from decay.

Verse 5

svāhā svadhā yacca vaṣaṭ karoti rudraḥ paśūnāṃ guhayā nimagnaḥ || 5 ||

AI Translation

The one who is called Rudra, immersed in the cave of beings, performs the utterance of 'svāhā' and 'svadhā' and invokes with the sound 'vaṣaṭ'.

Verse 6

bhūtaṃ bhaviṣyatprabhavaḥ kriyāśca kālaḥ kramastvaṃ paramākṣaraṃ ca || 6 ||

AI Translation

You are the cause of what has been and what will be, the actions, the time, and the sequence; you are the supreme imperishable.

Verse 7

tvaṃ yajñanetā hutabhugvibhuśca rudrāstathā daityagaṇā vasuśca || 7 ||

AI Translation

You are the leader of sacrifices, the enjoyer of offerings, the great one, as well as the Rudras, and also the host of demons and the wealth.

Verse 8

hiraṇmayaṃ yasya vibhāti sarvaṃ vyomāntare raśmimimaṃsunābhiḥ।। ||8||

AI Translation

Whose golden essence illuminates everything, within the space, with rays that are like the sun.

Verse 9

protā tvamotā vicitiḥ kramāṇāṃ prajāpatiśchandamayo vigarbhaḥ || 9 ||

AI Translation

You are the essence of all beings, the subtle connection of the sequences; you are the creative force of the Lord of creatures, the embodiment of the sacred syllable.

Verse 10

yamadhvare brahmavidaḥ stuvanti sāmairyajurbhiḥ kratubhistvameva || 10 ||

AI Translation

Those who know Brahman praise you with the hymns of the Sāma and Yajur Vedas; it is you alone who are to be worshipped.

Verse 11

tvameva dhātā varuṇaśca rājā tvaṃ vatsaro'gnaryama eva sarvam|| 11 ||

You alone are the sustainer; Varuna, the king, you are the source of all beings, including Agni and Yama.

Verse 12

tvaṃ viṣṇurbhūtāni tu trāsi daityāṃsthayāvṛtaṃ jagadudbhavagarbhaḥ || 12 ||

You are Vishnu, the one who protects all beings; you are the source of the universe, enveloped by the demons.

Verse 13

hiraṇmayaṃ buddhimatāṃ parāṃ gatiṃ sa buddhimān buddhimatītya tiṣṭhatītyupaniṣat || 13 ||

The one who is endowed with wisdom, who has attained the supreme goal of the wise, remains steadfast in that wisdom, thus it is stated in the Upanishad.
